1. Introduction: This Material Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the use of copyrighted and trademarked materials owned by GoatFace Games, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, videos, and other related content ("Materials").

2. General Restrictions: a. The Materials are the exclusive property of GoatFace Games and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. b. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Permitted Use: a. Journalists, bloggers, and influencers may use the Materials for articles, reviews, and other editorial content related to GoatFace Games. b.
